Every project begins with a free on-site consultation. We prepare a quotation and once agreed, we provide a signed contract covering detailed costs and what work is to be completed.
Transparency and staying committed to the project schedule are core values for us. Each project is closely supervised by construction manager Stephen Conaghan, who will also work on site.
Our focus is always to manage the site with minimum disruption for you and your family throughout the project.

Generally there is quite a bit of lead time before we can start. We guide you through this process. The earlier you engage with us on a project the better.
Quite often it depends on the clients preparation up front and their ability to make decisions quickly. Over runs are usually caused by a client’s desire to add more to the original plans. We advise against this.
